Isidro installed a new front door for me. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time and performed the work perfectly. His time estimate was spot on, the work was high quality and he (with his crew) cleaned everything up. I noticed that he spent extra time to ensure all the measurements were right and planned ahead in terms of making sure our sill was done correctly. The sill he was replacing was rotted out, so this was an on-the-spot assessment he had to make. I could not be happier with the end result. Highly recommended.

Isidro come to fix my window leak today. Water leak is very difficult to diagnose . He had confidence when he comes to quote. Good to know he is being in the window installation business for so many years. He comes on time and did great job with his team worker. And they promise to give very good warranty for their works on the contract. I will update next year after few rains. Good to have business owner to come for the repairs or installation, because owner do care about their business. Will call him again for Repairs.

Isidor has been out to my house twice for smaller jobs which his team completed very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I will be trying his comany out on a larger job later this summer, but as of now I have no hesitation on recommending Isidor. He was very professional, communicated issues to me very quickly and took care o fmy problem without any hassles and in near blinding speed.

Isidro is the best. His crew is on time, very clean, and gets the job done right at a great price. He installed my windows, sliding doors and front door. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
 
We have a two story stucco house built in the 80's. The windows and doors were outdated and not energy efficient. For various reasons, we had to purchase our doors and windows over a two year period. In the first phase, we wanted to replace all the front and side facing windows. A friend of mine who remodels houses recommended Isidro (Top Level Construction). He came by to help me measure all the windows and doors.
 
When the windows arrived, we made an appointment and they came on time and finished installing all the windows (including a large bay window) in one day. They installed new construction windows which was a lot more work (but absolutely worth it. Don't get retrofit windows if you can help it). Isidro's price for installing new construction windows was cheaper than many other vendors' price for installing retrofit windows!!
 
Our house has these large wooden decorative exterior window trims. They purchased matching lumber from a local lumber yard and installed them too. They were super professional and did not make any mess at all. They create a plastic shield around the windows and doors so all the dust would not enter the house. Amazing.
 
We were so impressed by Top Level Construction, we hired Isidro two more times when we purchased our back windows, sliding doors, and front door. Most recently, Isidro and his team installed our fiberglass double door. They picked up the door from the vendor in the morning and did everything by 1pm.
 
We could not be happier and would recommend Isidro to anyone who is looking to put in new doors and windows.

I had SVTLC install 8 new windows, 1 new slider. His work was top-notch. He was timely, professional and fair. Additionally, the team was very clean. They cleaned up everyday. Isidro and his team were easy to work with and when issues came up, he let us know right away and gave us options to rectify them. He also corrected two faulty door installations that were not installed by him. I highly recommend Isidro and his team and will be using them again.
 
As a side note, he matched the stucco texture so well that once the repaired stucco is painted, you won't be able to tell that any work has been done.
